WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1-Year Comprehensive Warranty Policy
Every Arktronic product is safeguarded with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Retain your receipt or order number as proof. This warranty doesn't extend to damage due to accidents, misuse, or regular wear and tear. Furthermore, damages from using non-approved power sources are not covered. Each frame includes a certified AC power adapter. Avoid using other adapters. For replacement adapters, reach our support team through our website.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
You can return undamaged products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, irrespective of the reason. Please note, corporate purchases might be non-refundable. Once the item is back at Arktronic’s warehouse and inspected, the refund process will commence. The following requirements apply for returns:

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products should be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer covers the shipping costs.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Arktronic refunds only the cost of the product.
  • Items that don't meet the above criteria may not be eligible for return.

For the 30-day money-back guarantee, refund requests will be invalid 30 days post opening a warranty claim. Refunds for non-quality concerns can't be processed after this window. For quality-related issues, refer below.

Upon approval of your return request, we’ll provide instructions for the return. Unsolicited returns won't be processed.

SHIPPING COSTS
If products are returned due to defects, Arktronic will cover the shipping.
If returns are driven by subjective reasons like dissatisfaction, the customer bears the cost.
Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues
Upon delivery, promptly inspect your order. If there are any discrepancies, damages, or defects, contact us so we can address and rectify them.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items are excluded from our return policy.


Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item within 30 days of delivery, send a picture and email us at service@arktronictech.com for an exchange. For defective or damaged products, it's most efficient to send back the received item. Once accepted, a replacement will be sent out within 5 business days.


Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we'll update you on the status of your refund within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Some banks or credit card providers might take additional time to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received the refund after 15 business days post approval, reach out to us at service@arktronictech.com.
