This Privacy Policy explains how IDWell(“We”), the owner of the Arktronic brand, collects and processes in connection to the personal data of users who register and use our products, services, apps, and website that link to this policy(we refer to these collectively as our “Services”). Integrate Services. You may provide your user name and passwords for certain services provided by third parties (e.g., use of your Google credentials through Google Photos). By authorizing us to connect with an Integrated Service, you authorize us to access your Content, name, email address(es), profile picture URL, Content and Content URLs, and other information that the Integrated Service makes available to us, and to use and disclose it in accordance with this Policy. You should check your privacy settings on each Integrated Service to understand and change the information sent to us through each Integrated Service. Please review the terms of use and privacy policies carefully before using their services and connecting to our service.
Third-party service providers.We may disclose the information we collect to service providers to help us provide some aspects of our services, and wework with trusted third parties and partners. In cases where we may share your personal data, we enter into appropriate confidentiality and data processing agreements with these third parties, review their security practices, and limit information sharing to the scope of what they are helping us with. Cloud Storage: We use cloud storage providers to store the photos and videosyou upload, such as AWS S3.
Analytics: We use analytics providers to help us analyze how you use the App and to improve its performance. Suchas google analytics
Marketing: We may use marketing providers to help us deliver personalized advertisements based on your interests and browsing history.
Customer Support: We may use customer support providers to help respond to your inquiries and provide customer support, such as Zendesk.
Arktronic use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- Age Restrictions
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under 16, pleasedo not use or access the Service at any time or in any manner. If we learn that personally identifiable information has been collected on the Service from persons under 16 years of age and without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.Suppose you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 16 years of age has obtained an account on the Service. Profiling. Arktronic does not use in connection with the Services automated decision-making, including profiling, in a way that produces legal effects concerning you or which significantly affects you.
